Returns – Terms & Conditions

A fully completed Pioneer Agri Goods Return form must be enclosed with the return.
The goods must be in original packaging wherever possible. If the original packaging is not available, goods must be clearly labelled with the seven digit product code which can be found on your delivery note, e.g. VPD6095 or HYC5310.
The goods must be in a clean and resalable condition. This includes the packaging.
If you have purchased an item that is supplied as a kit, the kit must be returned as a full kit.

Products returned within 14 days from the date of delivery will not incur any handling charges.
Any product cut to size i.e. hose are non-returnable.
Products returned over 14 days after the delivery date, will incur a handling charge of 25% of the purchase price.

A Pioneer Agri Goods Return form has not been fully completed.
The goods are not in a clean, resalable condition.
The original purchase price of the item was less than £5.00 plus VAT.
The item was a special order, which cannot be returned to the original manufacturer or supplier.

Returns must be within the warranty period. Please be aware that this may vary depending on the product or supplier.
Credit Notes will not be issued for warranty returns until such time as the supplier has approved the claim.
While awaiting supplier approval any replacement items will be invoiced as normal.

Spare forms can be obtained from your delivery driver or salesman or by emailing accounts@pioneeragri.co.uk.
Completed forms can be emailed to accounts@pioneeragri.co.uk prior to collection
